New Push Trainer Device Squeezes A Lot Into A Short Workout: Str

Thick padding on each side warded off strain in my wrists. Holding the device elsewhere and repeating the process enabled me to address other muscles. Placing the trainer under my arm and pressing against my torso, I effectively worked my shoulder. Meanwhile, sitting on the ground and squeezing with my knees, I had the equivalent of a Thighmaster. The directions also advised holding my arms outright and pressing with my palms, saying this would fire up my arms. To me, though, this felt like little more than a image source variation on the original chest exercise. That was the end of the official workout, but it wasn't the end of what Push Trainer can do. <br>News source:
